Returns and Refund

 

  • Our policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since you received your parcel, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition (unused, unwashed, and with the original merchandise tags intact) as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Once a product has been sold, it is not exchangeable for size, and we do not provide an exchange service. Customers are responsible for checking the size measurement before making a purchase, as every design comes with a different cutting. Kindly refer to the measurement chart or request advice if needed.
  • We only replace items if they are defective/damaged or incorrectly shipped. For SG customers, kindly contact us for the proper solution.
  • If you find that the product does not fit your child well, you may opt for a return, and a credit voucher equivalent to the purchase price will be refunded for you to use for your next purchase.
  • Items discounted at a total of more than 20% are defined as clearance and are not entitled to return. Swimwear and undergarments are strictly not eligible for return or refund.
  • If the return is applicable, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live or the season at the time.
  • Items that do not meet the returnable requirements will be sent back to the customer upon the rejection of the request.
  • The color of the item may vary slightly due to strong studio lighting; there may be a light variation of measurements within 1-2 cm due to mass manufacture, and subjective judgment on the quality of the product(s) will not constitute an item defect. All returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
  • All sales are final; no cash refund will be given. Instead, a credit voucher will be refunded for those returnable items, and then a new order can be placed.
  • The validity of the credit voucher is 90 days, and it cannot be applied during the promotion period.
  • All return parcels have to be prepaid parcels (non-COD). All COD parcels will be rejected and returned to the customer.
  • We shall not be responsible for any lost return parcel of any postal service providers. We shall not bear any cost/claim in this case.
  • Return can only be made one time per-order number, which means that any order made subsequently with return credit is not eligible for return later. Please be notified that all related exchange shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

 

Return Steps

 

  • Please contact our team via Facebook Messenger or email, stating your order number.
  • Customers can only courier the returnable items to the given address after confirmation by the FS team. There is no walk-in service.
  • All return requests will be processed within 3 working days upon receipt. Customers will be notified of the outcome once the returned item is inspected.
  • We reserve the right to reject the return or refund even if all the mentioned conditions above are met.
