Care Guide
General Care
Cold or cool water is recommended. Use mild detergent and wash similar colours together. Avoid bleach unless specifically suitable for the fabric. Turn printed, embroidered or embellished garments inside out before washing.
Cotton & Cotton Blends
Gentle machine wash in cold water. Wash similar colours together. Avoid high-temperature drying as cotton may shrink. Hang dry where possible and iron on low to medium heat.
Polyester & Polyester Blends
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Avoid high heat when washing, drying or ironing. Hang dry for best results. Use low heat when ironing if required.
Modal, Lyocell & Regenerated Cellulose Fabrics
Hand wash or gentle machine wash in cold water. Use mild detergent and avoid vigorous rubbing or wringing. Reshape while damp and hang or lay flat to dry. Iron on low heat.
Denim
Wash separately, especially during the first few washes, as colour transfer may occur. Turn inside out and wash in cold water with mild detergent. Avoid soaking for long periods. Hang dry away from direct sunlight.
Knitwear
Hand wash or use a gentle cycle with cold water. Do not wring or twist. Reshape after washing and lay flat to dry to help maintain the garment's shape.
Lace & Delicate Fabrics
Hand washing in cold water is recommended. Do not rub, wring or tumble dry. Lay flat or hang carefully to dry. Keep away from rough surfaces that may cause snagging.
Chiffon & Lightweight Fabrics
Hand wash or use a delicate cycle in cold water. Place the garment in a laundry bag when machine washing. Do not wring. Hang dry and use low heat when steaming or ironing.
Satin & Silk-Like Fabrics
Gentle hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Avoid soaking, rubbing and wringing. Hang or lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight. Steam or iron on very low heat.
Wool & Wool Blends
Hand wash in cold water or use a wool/delicate cycle where appropriate. Do not wring. Reshape and lay flat to dry. Avoid tumble drying and high heat.
Garments with Prints, Embroidery, Sequins or Embellishments
Turn inside out before washing. Hand washing is recommended for heavily embellished pieces. Do not scrub or iron directly over prints, sequins, embroidery or decorative details.
Important Note
These are general care recommendations. Fabric blends, dyes, prints and garment construction may require different handling. When unsure, choose the gentlest method: cold water, mild detergent, hand wash and air dry.
