⚠️ Orders placed after these dates:
- While we will continue to do our best to process orders after the cut-off dates, delays are highly likely due to increased demand, customs clearance, and logistical challenges during this peak period.
- Orders not delivered before CNY will only be processed after the celebrations when operations resume on 6th February 2025.
- Once an order is placed, cancellations are not allowed, regardless of the reason or type of festive order. Please plan your purchases carefully and place your orders early.
- Our customer support team will be on leave from 25th January and will resume on 6th February 2025. Urgent orders will not be accommodated.

[Late Delivery Due to Overseas Warehouse Epidemic Prevention and Control Measures]
Affected by the epidemic, logistics activities in our China warehouse such as delivering couriers and processing orders have suspended. For orders placed between 18 November - 25 November, please expect delays in receiving your orders. ** Orders consist of Ready Stock items only are not affected.

East Malaysia - 12-17 business days

Oct 1 (Sat) is China’s National Day, our overseas warehouse which processing orders around the holidays is expected to be affected to varying degrees due to delays in flight and customs clearance. Update: 6 July 2021
Dear Valued Customers:
[Impact of EMCO on the delivery in Selangor and KL]
Most of the areas in Selangor and KL have implemented EMCO started from 3 July to 16 July. Since most of the areas have roadblocks that may caused traffic congestion and the delivery progress is expected to be affected at varying degrees, especially the delivery areas with 'barb wires' is unavailable.
If you live in the affected areas, you may choose self pick-up once it arrived at the pick up station.
Epidemic is uncontrollable factor that may cause delays in delivery from time to time. Looking forward for customer's understanding.

Update: 18 June 2021
Dear Valued Customers:
[Delivery of Skynet Delayed Due to The Epidemic]
Affected by the epidemic, the delivery of Skynet has been continuously delayed due to uncontrollable factors such as the cancellation of flights and shortage of manpower since MCO 3.0. Recently Skynet HQ is temporarily closed until 15th June for full sanitization to protect the health of employees and the customers. All the parcels that have arrived at Skynet during this period will be affected.
To reduce the impact on customers, all parcels from HQ will be processed by Alam Megah Center in Shah Alam. Mini hubs from other regions are activating as well to ensure all the operations could return to normal ASAP.
Once Skynet HQ resumed and will implement shift work, parcel processing time might be slower, estimation time take one week for the proper adjustments to reduce the risk of infection. Looking forward for customers understanding.

Update: 12 May 2021

[Movement Control Order 3.0]
Malaysia has officially launched the Movement Control Order 3.0, according to the past experience, if there's any confirmed cases at the custom or during the delivery, the entire batch of goods will be affected, expected to delay the delivery time from 7-14 working days. FS team will follow up closely and notify all the customers immediately.
During this MCO period, Fashionistakids Store urged the customers to be patient and considerate, any news about the logistics will be updated instantly to our customers.
[Public Holidays]
We will be off from 13 May 2021 (Thursday) to 16 May 2021 (Sunday) in observance of the Public Holidays.
There is no delivery services running on the date mentioned.
