Returns and Refund

  • Our policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since you received your parcel, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition (unused, unwashed, and with the original merchandise tags intact) as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Once a product has been sold, it is not exchangeable for size, and we do not provide an exchange service. Customers are responsible for checking the size measurements before making a purchase, as every design may have a different cut. Kindly refer to the measurement chart or request advice if needed.
  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. For SG customers, kindly contact us for the proper solution.
  • If you find that the product does not fit your child well, you may opt for a return. A credit voucher equivalent to the purchase price will be issued for you to use on your next purchase.
  • Items sold at a discount of more than 15% are classified as clearance and are not eligible for return. Swimwear and undergarments are strictly not eligible for return or refund.
  • If the return is applicable, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location or the season.
  • Items that do not meet the returnable requirements will be sent back to the customer upon the rejection of the request.
  • The color of the item may vary slightly due to strong studio lighting; there may be a light variation in measurements within 1-2 cm due to mass manufacturing. Subjective judgment on the quality of the product(s) will not constitute an item defect. All returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
  • All sales are final; no cash refund will be given. Instead, a credit voucher will be issued for returnable items, which can be used to place a new order.
  • The validity of the credit voucher is 90 days and it cannot be applied during the promotion period.
  • All return parcels must be prepaid (non-COD). All COD parcels will be rejected and returned to the customer.
  • We shall not be responsible for any lost return parcels of any postal service providers. We shall not bear any cost/claim in such cases.
  • Returns can only be made one time per order number, which means that any order made subsequently with return credit is not eligible for return later. Please be notified that all related exchange shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

Return Steps

  1. Please contact our team via Facebook Messenger or email, stating your order number.
  2. Customers can only courier the returnable items to the given address after confirmation by the FS team. There is no walk-in service.
  3. All return requests will be processed within 3 working days upon receipt. Customers will be notified of the outcome once the returned item is inspected.
  4. We reserve the right to reject the return or refund even if all the mentioned conditions above are met.
