Returns and Refund Policy

Our return policy is valid for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since you received your parcel, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in unused, unwashed condition, with the original merchandise tags intact, and in the original packaging.
  • Exchanges for size are not provided. Customers are responsible for checking the size measurements before purchase, as sizing may vary by design. Please refer to the measurement chart or contact us for advice if needed.
  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. For Singapore customers, please contact us for an appropriate resolution.

If the product does not fit you well, you may opt for a return instead.

Fees and Deductions

  • A flat processing fee of RM10 will be applied to each returned item to cover return handling costs, including packaging and processing.

  • If the returned order previously qualified for free shipping, the original shipping fee will be deducted. Additionally, all shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer:

    • West Malaysia: RM10
    • East Malaysia: RM20
    • Singapore: RM35
  • The total credit refund amount will be adjusted to account for:

    • Discounts applied at the time of purchase.
    • Shipping fees, if the order value falls below the minimum threshold for free shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance items (sold at a discount greater than 15%).
  • Swimwear and undergarments.

Important Considerations

  • Return Shipping: Customers must prepay for return parcels. Cash-on-delivery (COD) parcels will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
  • Lost Parcels: We are not responsible for any lost return parcels and do not bear costs or claims associated with such incidents.
  • Assessment: All returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Items that do not meet the return criteria will be sent back to the customer, and the request will be rejected.
  • Color Variations and Measurement: Slight color variations may occur due to studio lighting, and measurements may vary by 1-2 cm due to mass production. These factors do not constitute defects.
  • Final Sale: All sales are final. No cash refunds will be issued. Eligible returns will receive a credit voucher, valid for 90 days, which cannot be used during promotional periods.

Limitations

  • One Return per Order: Returns are limited to one instance per order number. Orders placed using a return credit voucher are not eligible for future returns.
  • Shipping for Exchanges: All shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Return Steps

  1. Contact Us:
    Reach out to our team via Facebook Messenger or email with your order number.
  2. Confirmation:
    Only after confirmation from our team can returnable items be shipped to the provided address. Walk-in returns are not available.
  3. Prepare Your Parcel:
    Include a note with your order number and customer name in the parcel. Parcels without these details will not be processed.
  4. Shipping Timeline:
    Ship your return parcel within 7 business days of receiving your item.
  5. Provide Tracking Information: After shipping your return, please provide us with the tracking number via email or Facebook Messenger to ensure smooth processing. Customers are responsible for the item until it reaches us, so kindly retain all proof of mailing until we send an acknowledgment.
  6. Agreement to Policy: By sending the parcel, you agree to our Return Policy.

Return Processing

  • Timeline: Return requests will be processed within 5 working days upon receipt.
  • Notification: Customers will be notified of the outcome via email once the item has been inspected.

We reserve the right to reject a return or refund, even if all stated conditions are met.
